PROJECTS:

  • APOLO project pioneers flexible ammonia cracking and power conversion technologies, coupling fuel cells and engines to decarbonize maritime transport. Demonstration units (125 kW) achieve 45–54% efficiency, targeting early ammonia-powered vessels while integrating life cycle assessment to optimize environmental and technical performance.

  • HyMethShip (Hydrogen-Methanol Ship propulsion system using on-board pre-combustion carbon capture) – Innovative ship propulsion system integrating methanol reforming, hydrogen separation, CO₂ capture, and hydrogen-fueled engines for fully renewable operation.
