The personal data collected in this form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of creating and operating the Vodiko Center platform. The manager of the personal data collected in this form is the Styrian Chamber of Commerce. We will process and protect all provided personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4. 4/5/2016, pp. 1–88) and national legislation governing the protection of personal data. The administrator undertakes to keep all personal data obtained through registration (e.g. names, e-mail addresses…) as a business secret. Only authorized persons of the organizer will handle them. The user who joins the Hydrogen Center platform allows the use of his personal data for the purposes of informing about new developments and networking. The processing of personal data is based on the individual’s consent in accordance with point a of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will process your data until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled or until we receive your request to withdraw consent. You can cancel the processing by sending your request to the address: miha.mlekuz@stajerskagz.si. After receiving the cancellation request, we will no longer use the collected personal data and will only delete it within 30 days.
